Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Restock and replenish surgical supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and easily accessible.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in surgical technology preferred.
  • Previous experience in a surgical or healthcare setting highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
