About the Role:

Spectrum Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our interior design team in the development of innovative automotive products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design and development process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of interior concepts and components for premium automotive manufacturers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure seamless product development
  • Monitor product designs and development processes to ensure technical requirements and specifications are met
  • Control and review the entire development process with the development team to ensure a flawless product launch
  • Monitor project expenses and costs to implement cost-effective solutions in the production process
  • Support the project manager in planning and monitoring technical changes and estimating costs for product and process changes
  • Optimize product development and planning through value analysis for cost/benefit ratio (VAVE) activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or diploma degree in automotive, plastic manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience in these areas
  • Three years of professional experience in automotive interior design
  • Experience in main CAD systems used in automotive interior design
  • Proficient in CAD, CAE, FMEA, and DVP&R
  • Fluent in German and English
