As a Loss Prevention Agent at WinCo Foods, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Detecting and apprehending shoplifters in accordance with company policies and local laws/regulations
Preparing and submitting reports on investigations and Loss Prevention matters
Conducting loss prevention audits to identify areas of vulnerability
Participating in internal company investigations to resolve issues and improve processes
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to prevent shoplifting and other forms of asset loss
Collaborate with store management and other departments to identify and address areas of risk
Analyze data and trends to inform Loss Prevention initiatives and improve overall store performance
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in a Loss Prevention or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
