Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at iL Palazzo Apartments in Downtown San Diego / Little Italy. As a key member of our Property Management Team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance repairs, assisting with property upkeep, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
  • Assist with property upkeep, including grounds maintenance and curb appeal
  • Diagnose and repair problems with appliances, fixtures, and other equipment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in property management maintenance or a related trade
  • Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Superior customer service skills
