Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our Program Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the PMO and support all large and complex projects
  • Assess existing project management processes and create a strategic roadmap to advance the program
  • Partner with leadership to ensure initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals
  • Oversee project management resources and ensure the right skills and expertise are applied to each project
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish and rollout a formal PMO steering committee
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in project management or operations
  • 3+ years' experience managing large complex projects
  • Extensive working knowledge of the software development life cycle
  • Experience implementing third-party applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Process Improvement tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive experience using a PMI-based Project Management Methodology/Process Improvement methodology
