Job Summary

The Premium Services Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in executing exceptional customer service and delivering top-notch hospitality experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales and revenue growth targets by promoting premium services and upselling.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with premium services, including labor, inventory, and operational expenses.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge of premium services.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer software applications.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
