Job Overview

Tower Mobility is a leading transportation company committed to providing premium eco-friendly ride-sharing services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Management Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, tracking fleet performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting drivers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance reimbursement, PTO, paid sick leave, and growth opportunities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule availability. The Fleet Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Repairing and maintaining company vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained, clean, and charged.
  • Coordinating with drivers to ensure their vehicles are properly maintained and equipped.
  • Tracking fleet performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with fleet management software and tracking systems is preferred.
