Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between Home Office and CLIENT, supporting the administration and management of the Vision plan.
  • Provide expert guidance on the vision plan and other benefit offerings to employees.
  • Travel to various locations throughout the district to educate employees on benefits programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Attend Health Fairs and Open Enrollment Events to promote benefits awareness.
  • Work eligibility exception reports, reconciliation reports, and handle paperwork for COBRA applicants.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
