Job Summary

Innisfree Hotels is an inclusive workplace that fosters a culture of care where employees genuinely matter, and their voices are heard. We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Resort Surfside Beach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile Front Office accounting records daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile and summarize financial information for the hotel's records, tracking room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other key performance indicators.
  • Prepare a detailed summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day.
  • Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and manage reservations.
  • Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts, verifying all account postings and balances.
  • Print and file reservations for the next business day.
  • Track room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
  • Prepare and verify financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
  • Ability to work with computers and software, with good knowledge of operating systems preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (as applicable by property).
