Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PFAS Practice Leader to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Environmental Business Line, you will be responsible for leading the development of our PFAS growth strategy, primarily in the Industrial and Industrial Wastewater sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of PFAS growth strategies in support of AECOM's Global PFAS Initiative.
  • Identify new clients and opportunities in the PFAS market, and lead technical capture strategies.
  • Confer with AECOM's Environmental Business Line Growth Team and other BL leadership to specify growth objectives and develop detailed tactical action plans.
  • Capitalize on own expertise and existing professional network to maintain and establish new key account relationships and ensure they are managed for growth under AECOM's client account management (CAM) program.
  • Build, maintain, and facilitate trusting relationships with key contacts in leadership across client organizations and support AECOM's CAMs and team members in bringing PFAS capabilities and services to their client contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Direct PFAS experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to Health and Safety.
