Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions using C#.NET, TSQL, and VB.NET
  • Lead project teams through the SDLC process
  • Deliver high-quality software on-time, following Broadridge SDLC processes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in different environments
  • Ensure technical and security best practices are adhered to
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership to developers
Requirements:
  • 10-12+ years of experience with commercial software architectures
  • Functional skills in Application Development Life Cycle, System Design and Architecture, and DevOps/Deployment automation
  • Passionate teammate who understands and respects personal and cultural differences
  • Ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  • 10-12+ years of experience in a programming and application system environment
  • Experience working with C#.NET, TSQL, VB.NET,.NET Core, Angular, MVC.NET, ASP.NET Webforms, WebAPI 2.0, Python, and WinForms
