Part Time Nurse RN

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part Time Nurse RN to join our team at Fora Health. As a Part Time Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing support and care to patients in our withdrawal management program.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and provide medical interventions as needed.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements:
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse license.
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health care and 1+ year of direct patient care.
- Basic knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
