Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their families in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in maternal-child health.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement by identifying and reporting concerns, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
