Madden Industrial Craftsmen is in search of a proficient Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join a manufacturing team. This long-term opportunity involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production machinery.

Compensation: $23-$24 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducting routine maintenance on industrial equipment to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Assisting in identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems as they arise.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment longevity.
  • Participating in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Adhering to established safety protocols and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance; relevant mechanical experience is also acceptable.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with wastewater management systems is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach are essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for special projects.
  • Capability to adjust to shifting priorities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
