Associate Patient Care Coordinator Role
The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Manage patient flow, including check-in and check-out processes
- Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, and issue receipts
- Manage medical records, including scanning and filing
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and take messages as needed
- Work with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Resolve service issues and complaints, and defer to management or clinical personnel when necessary

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office or medical environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience with medical insurance
- Prior experience with EMR computer applications
California Residents Only: The hourly range for California residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
