Women's Health Care Specialist

Esperanza Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.
Job Summary:The Women's Health Provider will be responsible for providing comprehensive women's health services, including prenatal and post-partum care, family planning, well woman care, and routine gynecologic care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women of all ages, including prenatal and post-partum care, family planning, well woman care, and routine gynecologic care.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in women's health care.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Experience in women's health care, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient situations and develop effective solutions.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families who speak Spanish or other languages.
- Experience working in a community health center or similar setting.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect patients with needed services.
