Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at WellStar Health System, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing safe and effective imaging services to patients
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Position patients for exams and ensure proper positioning and safety
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for imaging exams
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and imaging results
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiology technology
  • ARRT certification in radiography and computed tomography
  • Basic life support certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology, with preference given to those with CT experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
