Job Summary:

The CT Technologist Lead will be responsible for leading a team of CT Technologists in providing high-quality patient care and imaging services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and guidelines, and that all patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of CT Technologists in providing high-quality patient care and imaging services.
  • Ensure that all imaging procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all imaging procedures meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide training and education to CT Technologists on new procedures and technologies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting caring for patients.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CT imaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of quality control measures and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
