Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
  • Manage and maintain SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, and Meraki systems for 1-3 years.
  • Oversee operating systems including Windows Server 2012 and later, as well as Windows 10 and later.
  • Utilize knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and Windows Administration.
  • Implement network security measures, including firewalls and enterprise backup systems.
  • Understand networking protocols such as DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
  • Administer LAN and WAN configurations and ensure network efficiency.
  • Manage backup solutions, anti-virus, anti-spam, and spyware technologies.
  • Work with virtualization technologies like VMWare or equivalent.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to resolve system issues.

Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.


Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Net+, A+, Security+, VMware, and Microsoft are advantageous.
