**About the Business Line/Function:**

The ARPC team focuses on processing remittance transactions across various Asian regions. The India remittance team manages back-office operations for multiple branches across two locations.

**Position Purpose:**

+ Ensure the effective, high-quality, and risk-managed delivery of services to clients within the defined scope.

+ Oversee daily workload distribution.

+ Monitor and control activities until the end-of-day reporting is completed, providing updates to the Team Leader.

+ Facilitate daily interactions between the CBO and operational sites.

+ Serve as the primary escalation contact for sites, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration.

+ Report functionally and hierarchically to the Team Leader responsible for the operational perimeter.

+ **Manage Daily Operations:**

- Organize and adjust resources based on availability and skill sets relative to workload, reporting any staffing concerns.

- Execute routine tasks throughout the day and at day's end.

- Contribute to payment processing as needed.

+ **Quality Assurance:**

- Validate regular payments to identify operational risks.

- Analyze claims and incidents, ensuring a four-eyes control mechanism.

- Propose corrective actions based on findings.

+ **Maintain Relationships:**

- Foster continuous communication with operational sites.

- Identify and report operational change requests to the Team Leader.

+ **Mitigate Operational Risks:**

- Ensure adherence to procedures, service level agreements, and operational manuals.

- Detect and rectify errors as the first level of control, ensuring systematic reporting.

- Raise issues promptly to management and propose immediate solutions.

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of daily activities.

+ **Role Composition:**

- The Coordinator role comprises 25% coordination and 75% processing responsibilities.

**Contributing Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare and facilitate conference calls with operational sites.

+ Contribute to projects by coordinating efforts, ensuring user acceptance testing completion, and reporting issues.

+ Assist in updating operational procedures and service level agreements.

+ Participate in ongoing process improvements to enhance service quality.
