Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Waterford Operations LLC. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and preferences of residents in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
  • Coordinate with the dietary team to provide nutritious and appealing meals.
  • Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility is preferred.
  • Must have a Food Handler's Card.
  • Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
  • Must be knowledgeable of food preparation procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
