Job Summary:
Gable Search Group is seeking an experienced Application Engineer - Analytical Instrumentation to join our team. As an Application Engineer, you will provide sales support, conduct feasibility studies, and resolve customer application questions for product lines including density, viscosity, refractometry, polarimetry, and volatility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate results, and present findings to clients.
- Install, train, and provide technical support for analytical instrumentation.
- Interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to clients.
- Participate in conferences and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Travel frequently, up to 40-60% of the time, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in analytical instruments or related methods.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills, for interactions with clients ranging from scientists to university professors and CEOs.
- Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or material science.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
