Job Overview

Chandler Hall Health Services, a respected non-profit Quaker organization, is dedicated to delivering exceptional care for seniors. We provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals throughout their aging journey, including Community Living, Personal Care, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care.

We are currently in search of a full-time Certified Medication Technician/Care Partner for our Personal Care residents, with shifts available from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications in a timely and precise manner.
  • Provide direct care to residents as required.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and changes in resident health or medication responses.
  • Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Qualifications:
  • Current DHS Medication Administration certification is mandatory.
  • Diabetes Education certification is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or CNA certification (or equivalent education) is required.
