  • Quality Control: Insure the quality of products meets Lowes Foods standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Lowes Foods standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, orientation, training, and feedback to produce department hosts, ensuring they meet satisfactory performance standards.
  • Product Preparation and Service: Perform product preparation, receiving, conditioning, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Maintain departmental staffing and scheduling standards, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
Requirements
  • Personality and Communication: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Teamwork and Supervision: Ability to work well with others, supervise people, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. constantly, with the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
