Buddy Brew Coffee is actively seeking individuals for our Roastery operations.

If you have a passion for coffee and thrive in a production environment, we invite you to consider a role as a Production Team Member in our Roastery and Cold Brew Facility. Your responsibilities will include assisting with packaging, deliveries, and various production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Roasting Operations by preparing packaging and organizing roasted coffee for customer orders.
  • Assist in Cold Brew Operations, including the packaging and canning of products for inventory management.
  • Facilitate internal deliveries to retail locations.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
  • Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Promote accuracy in inventory management.
  • Maintain the production facility as directed by the Coffee Director.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work efficiently and with urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to document actions clearly and accurately on batch records.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour
