About the Role

Arcfield is a leading provider of innovative solutions in digital transformation, space mission engineering, and cybersecurity. As a Senior Systems Engineer Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Intelligence Community's Communication Directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, plans, and supporting materials to meet the needs of the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop schedules that align with mission goals and objectives.
  • Utilize the Enterprise Scheduling System (ESS) to manage and track schedules.
  • Provide analysis to identify misalignments, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop presentation materials for readiness and review boards.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various groups across the enterprise.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
  • 8-10 years of experience with a BS/BA or 6-8 years with a MS/MA or 3-5 years with a PhD.
  • BS in Engineering, Math, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Project Management, Schedule Development, and Microsoft Project.
  • Systems Engineering and/or project planning experience working with large projects.
  • Experience in developing and managing complex project schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer interaction, written, and verbal skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the client's Enterprise Scheduling System (ESS).
