Job Summary:

The Fountain Group is seeking a highly skilled Chemist II - Bioanalytical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in a regulated bioanalysis environment. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS, ensuring compliance with GLP and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Develop and validate bioanalytical methods, including extraction techniques and instrumentation
  • Operate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to manage laboratory data and samples
  • Ensure compliance with GLP and other regulatory requirements, including documentation and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with laboratory team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS
  • General laboratory skills, including lab safety, solution preparations, and use of balances, pH meter, pipettes, and other instruments
  • Knowledge of bioanalytical extraction techniques and instrumentation, including PPT, LLE, and SPE
  • Intermediate experience with HPLC-MS, Data Processing and Analysis (SCIEX Analyst)
  • Good documentation skills, including ALCOA
  • Well-versed in GLP and other regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bioanalytical method development and validation experience
  • Hands-on experience with automation equipment and robotic pipettors
