Job Summary

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting speech therapy treatment programs for pediatric patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Conduct speech therapy sessions to improve patient communication and swallowing skills
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Speech Pathologist license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity from another state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
