Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Pinot/Trino/big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of DevOps, including source control, CI/CD, and tools such as Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, and uDeploy.
  • Experience with event-driven design and architecture, including Kafka and Spark.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • A solid background in Agile and iterative software delivery methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java or Python development, with a clear understanding of Data Structures and Object-Oriented Principles.
  • A proactive approach to solving complex business challenges, coupled with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Grafana and open telemetry observability platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud services, particularly S3, is a plus.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
