Job Summary

The Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center. This role requires a strong understanding of computed tomography procedures and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography procedures to demonstrate sectional anatomic images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
  • Acquire and format all exams in the required setting along with proper clinical history.
  • Plan and direct the volume of patients and examinations.
  • Maintain a well-cleaned and supplied department at all times.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Imaging Services or Manager.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Advanced Registry in Computed Tomography within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Current Medical Radiologic Technologist license with the Texas Medical Board.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
