  • Participate as needed in working groups to review, analyze, and update marketing materials, client-facing documentation, and legal agreements related to commercial deposit accounts and Cash Management services, as directed by Management and with escalation to other Functional Partners as required.
  • Assist with contract negotiation requests, including the development of a negotiation response repository, under the direction of the Law Group.
  • Demonstrate solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Support responses to customer RFPs pursued by the Front Office sales teams.
  • Be client-obsessed while maintaining RBC Clear's risk appetite.
Requirements

  • Preferred 5+ years' experience working directly with risk, compliance, attorneys, project management/coordination, implementation, and legal documentation review/approval/guidance, as well as experience with contract negotiations.
  • Strong preference for knowledge and experience with business governance, global customer authority documentation, client behaviors in the industry, and global cash management product knowledge.
