Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate loan applications and determine creditworthiness by processing documentation within specified limits
  • Interview applicants to assess their financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
  • Determine applicable ratios and metrics, set up debt payment plans, and communicate with clients to ensure timely loan processing
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a loan officer or mortgage professional
  • Familiarity with banking applications/software and excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices, including direct/indirect lending
  • Absolutely required: 60,000 - 80,000 per year salary range based on qualifications and performance
