Job Summary

As a Retail Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their guests in a retail setting. This is a part-time, 2nd shift position that requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work comfortably outside and on your feet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screen, as required by law.
  • Meet state and/or local licensing requirements, if applicable.
