As our Litigation Paralegal in our Personal Injury department, you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients’ interests, often in catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, TBIs, wrongful death and major orthopedic cases.

What you will be doing:
  • Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
  • Propound and respond to discovery
  • Maintain organized case files
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents
  • Manage and calendar court deadlines
  • Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
  • Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel

The skills you need:
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment
  • Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
  • Familiarity with California discovery rules
  • Type at least 40 wpm.
  • Confident in a paperless work environment
