Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Powder Utility at Red Line Plastics LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for accurately filling and weighing buckets with powdered resin, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret bucket labels to accurately weigh powdered resin according to part number.
  • Properly identify and select the correct powdered resin as listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Inspect powdered resin for cross-contamination and ensure gaylords are properly covered.
  • Ensure continuous stocking of buckets for Machine Operators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to retain and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Able to perform simple math and measurements.
  • Shows moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings.
  • Able to perform critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
Working Environment

The main working environment for this position is the standard manufacturing plant environment. The plant environment is climate-controlled in some areas, but may include exposure to heat, cold, noise, and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in certain areas. There may also be intermittent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and tool vibration.
