As a Quality Assurance Technician, your role will involve evaluating finished products, overseeing packaging processes, and maintaining a pristine production area. Available Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of finished goods to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Detect and document defects through careful observation and testing.
  • Assemble materials and containers while maintaining precise records.
  • Utilize ERP systems for labeling and documentation purposes.
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding quality concerns and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to ongoing improvements, and undertake additional tasks as needed.
  • Accurately record production and quality metrics; clean machinery and oversee press operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with the products and processes being inspected.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of accuracy in detailed tasks.
  • Skilled in building relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Able to influence change and make prompt, accurate decisions.
  • Proficient in written communication and basic mathematical skills.

Compensation: $17-20 Hourly Wage
