About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine techniques. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT scans
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
  • Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication
Requirements
  • CAQ in nuclear medicine from the ABR or ABNM certification
  • Subspecialty training in nuclear medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
