Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of electrical projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of electrical professionals, including lead individuals, crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct on-site supervision of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve project-related challenges, making informed decisions to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction, project management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and project management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification for General Industry.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, use construction personnel hoists, and negotiate work areas under construction.
  • Vision: Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Lifting: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
