We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Carolina Smiles. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Communication: Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile, addressing their needs and concerns with genuine care and compassion.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage patient schedules, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing wait times.
- Insurance and Billing: Accurately process and record patient payments, including insurance claims and billing.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
