Your Role as a Service Technician:
- Conduct comprehensive system diagnostics and thorough automotive troubleshooting.
- Perform road tests on vehicles to verify the quality of repairs.
- Maintain direct communication with service advisors regarding service progress and estimated completion times to keep customers informed.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.
- Keep the workspace organized and tidy.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Prior automotive experience is necessary; ASE certifications are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within the service department.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
