About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile device management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support users in enrolling devices via the Company Portal
  • Knowledge of DEP automated enrollment
  • End-to-end knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console
  • Working knowledge/deployment of AirWatch ACC, MAG, and other integration components
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Security features covered under
  • Mobile device management - Intune
  • Data Security
  • Windows 10, Desktop virtualization
  • Windows Autopilot setup & provisioning
  • Knowledge of MS365 Identity & Access Management
  • Experiencing in customer support, product support, IT Admin
  • Support, consulting or solutions architect or systems development
  • Providing pre-sales technical / architectural support and driving successful user adoption
  • Technical experience with MS 365 security (Windows Defender/Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite)
  • Maintain and update the security Hardening parameters for installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenant
  • Enforce MAM policies and procedures in the Intune environment
  • Provide a platform for Mobile device environment including coordination with third parties and other teams within client ecosystem as needed
  • Distribute Software and apps over -the air on all platform & OS
  • Enable employee self-activation of corporate and BYODs
  • Provide services for real time cost management (License Harvesting) and policy enforcement
  • Optimize mobile carrier plan according to use requirements, user profile studies and standards and policies
  • Provide device alerts and warnings for overages and roaming (If telecom policies are enforced)
  • Provide authorized employees secure access to approved third party and private applications
  • Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner
  • Prioritize and execute in a time-sensitive environment

Requirements:

  • Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issue and new products
  • Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions of different departments within the customer network
