Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Cashier to join our team at Harps Food Stores. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchases through the register system, following company guidelines and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sack or assist with the sacking of customers' orders, ensuring that all items are properly packaged and ready for pickup.
  • Ensure food safety by bagging different types of raw meat and toxic items separately, following company protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
