As an integral part of our team, the Events Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.

- Analyze banquet event orders to gather essential guest information and determine setup requirements, timelines, and specific needs.
- Address and fulfill special requests related to banquet events, ensuring compliance with all arrangements.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety and security, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Provide outstanding service by welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and expressing genuine appreciation.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, utilizing professional language and proper telephone etiquette.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout all events.
- Perform visual inspections of tools and equipment to identify any defects.
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and setting up event materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Certifications: None required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $20.50 to $21.00, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) plans, paid time off, life insurance, and more.
