Position Available: Part-Time Linen Technician for 1st and 2nd Shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently distributes clean linen to various units and departments, ensuring availability as needed.
  • Maintains linen stock based on established par levels.
  • Regularly cleans linen delivery carts as necessary.
  • Accurately records delivery times and quantities of linen provided.
  • Inputs delivery data into the designated software system.
  • Collects soiled linen from units and departments, documenting time and location.
  • Places daily linen orders from the laundry service.
  • Completes required paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Stocks and empties scrub dispensing equipment on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Background screening and drug testing are mandatory.

Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses, are necessary. Potential exposure to chemicals may require special clothing or safety equipment.
