Job Title: Personal Care Assistant - Little Rock/North Little Rock

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in Little Rock and North Little Rock. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and companionship activities to assist our clients with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and companionship activities to assist clients with activities of daily living
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, ambulation/transfers, personal hygiene, and accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
  • Communicate crucial details regarding the client's care in clear and simple terms
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor consistent with this job description and related to client's independent living

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
  • Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Assistant with certification
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Caring and compassionate personality with a desire to serve clients
  • Ability to work in client homes with dogs and cats
