The Clinical Nurse (CN) plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care, showcasing professionalism and a commitment to excellence in the nursing field.

The CN is tasked with upholding superior standards for a designated patient caseload, adhering to the defined scope of care pertinent to the practice area, and executing actions grounded in robust scientific research and evidence-based methodologies.

Additionally, the CN is responsible for orchestrating and guiding the care provided by the interdisciplinary team.

The CN is accountable for adhering to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, relevant regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.

Furthermore, the CN offers physical, emotional, and spiritual support that significantly influences patient outcomes and the care experience for patients, families, and significant others.

The CN is also responsible for understanding and implementing the mission, vision, and values of Atrium Medical Center.



Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Licensure:
Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License.

Experience:
Must possess current hospital or rehabilitation experience as a Registered Nurse.
