Position Overview

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing all required CAT Scan Examinations, including angiography. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality imaging services, selecting the most appropriate software and equipment techniques.
  • Apply knowledge of radiation safety and protection, as well as infection control policies, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Assess patient conditions, perform intravenous injections of CT contrast, and guarantee patient safety through proper equipment use.
  • Review each examination for technical accuracy, present completed exams to radiologists, and communicate relevant data to those responsible for patient care.

Requirements

  • Education: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), CT Scan Registry preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Experience: 1-year experience working in a CAT Scan Technologist capacity preferred.
  • Certification: State licensure as a Radiographer. Registry-eligible candidates have one year from date of hire to provide supporting documentation for licensure exam passage.
