Position Summary

The Installation Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction through effective Installer engagement and the refinement of business processes. Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, the individual must competently execute the following essential duties:
  • Recruit and onboard personnel for installation roles based on market demands and anticipated growth.
  • Ensure Installers adhere to established guidelines through regular inspections, scheduling, and capacity oversight.
  • Conduct analyses to accurately predict resource requirements and ensure a smooth flow of installations daily.
  • Design, implement, and assess the effectiveness of process initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Installation to pinpoint, define, and execute necessary system and process enhancements that foster total customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with established suppliers to guarantee the availability of products required to meet service delivery timelines.
  • Utilize data to track and recommend resource needs to implement strategies across varying demand scenarios.
  • Address and resolve cross-departmental issues and challenges.
  • Act swiftly to manage and resolve customer escalations, maintaining a focus on achieving complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the customer service delivery process, ensuring seamless delivery through the system.
  • Intervene as necessary to resolve disputes in accordance with established company policies and procedures, employing recognized methodologies for all customer interactions.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment and a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
  • Hold direct reports accountable for achieving results through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Provide consistent feedback and guidance to direct reports to foster employee development, engagement, and business acumen.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure the fair and consistent application of HR practices and policies.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Certifications: EPA RRP Certification (Preferred).
Work Environment: This role primarily operates within an office setting.
