Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our team of field technicians in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and team leadership, with a strong background in operations and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet service activation and repair commitment dates, maintain revenue and expense budget objectives, and promote new and existing company products
  • Manage a P&L budget to ensure revenue goals and expense targets are met
  • Provide feedback, ongoing training, and motivation to team members to exceed department goals
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure fair and consistent application of practices/policies and labor agreements
  • Maintain a safe work environment by conducting regular safety meetings and training
  • Represent the company positively through active engagement and involvement in the community
  • Partner with marketing to stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity
  • Respond to customer survey issues and concerns
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $83,000 - $131,000
  • 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year

Requirements:
  • Field technician work experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience in an operations environment or equivalent work/military experience
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers and labor unions
  • Ability to lead a team while working under pressure with deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of engineering, plant service center, outside plant functions, electrical circuitry, network installation, and maintenance
  • Basic PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • CCNA, PMP, or CWNP a plus
