Job Description:

The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for processing travel reports for university staff under the general supervision of the Travel Director.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing travel requests and expenses reports in SAP Concur and traditional paper form for student travel.
  • Analyzing invoices, receipts, and other documentation for accuracy, verifying the completeness of documentation to approve, deny, and clear travel charges incurred.
  • Communicating with University faculty, staff, and students related to travel.
  • Conducting trainings with the University faculty and staff on SAP Concur travel management system.
  • Maintaining relationships with all Faculty, Staff, and Student.
  • Process request in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or related field. Additionally, you should have one (1) - two (2) years of professional level experience with customers, travel, reconciliation and compliance, as well as two (2) - three (3) years of customer service experience.

You must also have a detailed understanding of, and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Pro software.
